You don't need any previous Ballet experience to do
FIT-BALL-BARRE WORKOUT, but you can gain the benefits of long, lean, toned muscles of a dancer by enrolling on this highly popular course. The class is set to a good steady, chill out beat & although the class focuses on the strengthening & toning of the bums and legs, we also focus alot of attention on the upper body, so the whole body is getting a workout. Basically it's Pilates standing up but with a fit ball too. So those abdominals are getting plenty of attention too, not only at the Barre, but also at the end of the class on the mats before we finish with a well earned stretch.
